No. There was a unique patent,1091436, for the 1914 ER operating system that was assigned on 3-24-14. Is the EverReady 24/14 a 1912 variant?

This morning I decided to jump into the 1912 style in February gang. The 1912's aren't my favorite style of razor, but they are still pretty darn good. Started with a Minute Man set style razor, very curved top. I'll probably use that for a couple more shaves, then on to either a Damaskeene, or the Baton handle, I usually pick a razor about 10 minutes before shaving. I also added the skinny black plastic handle model to the collection last week, but haven't had the time to give it a proper cleaning. It's pretty beat up, but for a buck I couldn't say no.
