today and I am a happy camper. The Sears blades look to me as made by Marlin Firearms(I have the Marlins--there will be pics)er. The Everharps are from'66 and have 2 blades each. There was another American Highways Legend Die cast on Amazon(USA). Gonna shave with an Eversharp cause they are superb! So here's some pics.

No matter how many times I look at these pictures I am blown away by all the sheer awesomeness. There is so much win in these pictures I am lost for words. CB, you might want to stock up on more Sears blades. There may just be more odd or hard to find injector blades out there for you to try. The icing on the cake here? The Gem truck of course!

Awesome! I'm curious about who actually made those Sears and Marlin blades, the metal dispenser would suggest they where made for them by Schick since Personna has traditionally used plastic. Is there a bar code on the Sears package?

Hi Tom, So I was fortunate to have some Marlin SS blade loaders. Why? Aha! Because om the key is written the same blurb as on the Sears. The Sears and Marlin both have the elongated ,single blade slot.. So , by feeling the elephant's nose. I'm gonna say that Marlin Firearms made them, lacking other info .No Patent numbers on the Marlin and the Sears. loader is another indicator to me. Sears pic on the left, Marlin Stainless on bottom right.

Here is some history from the Marlin site that mentions briefly their production of razor blades www.marlinfirearms.com/about/history.aspI also found some discussion on a Smith&Wesson message board about Marlin blades, according to one poster they made blades but also had some supplied by other companies smith-wessonforum.com/lounge/206083-marlin-razor-blades.html I don't know how accurate his information is. Apparently they did supply blades to the U.S. military in WW2. I've seen Marlin blades before and always assumed they were made by one of the big companies for them but apparently they did actually manufacture some themselves. Interesting stuff!

Not being an aficionado of injectors I find the truck to be the take away item. Love the truck! But I still appreciate the injector blades for those who use them. For the historical factor as well.
