Great haul today ... Cheap as chips off eBay, being discoloured, tarnished and downright poor condition, but you guys know I love polishing Not too shabby, eh? Notice it's a curved tooth? I think that makes it a later one. It's also a British set, but stamped "Brooklyn" and the accompanying sheet states it was "Printed in USA" for the British-American Safety Razor Co. Ltd. of London. Fatal flaw in the design of this razor - no matter how careful you are, you're always going to ping the head into the stubbly handle and mark the cap. So, this Valet? What a cool case! The strop housing hinges up, there's a metal blade case and the bakelite is in such great condition. I bought this as a doer-upper, but I'm going to keep it now. Love it! I also got a pretty good Standard Set from a razor whose company shall not be named and like a div, I boiled it as part of the tin foil, salt and soda bicarb treatment. Celluloid cales and all. Guess what? They melted. Grrrr! Still, I'll pop a nice handle on it and call it a Kamisori
