Well, yes. There are many, many SE razors out there of which, apparently, this forum has not learnt. But they are all European, and even on the various European eBay sites, they are not quite common. That said, if the €100 for this one are a fair price, any given GEM should be €5 at most. Which is about what I paid, so all is fair, and good.

Thumbing my way through Waits, there are so many designs and manufacturers. I've seen a few come up at auction but the price is so steep.
I can't help thinking it wouldn't be at all difficult for someone with the right tools to make a minimalistic razor like this.

Prices are very relative. Apparently, a lot of people are willing to part with hundreds of dollars for vintage Gillette razors. Given that there must be millions of those around, the price for this one seems rather reasonable, given that it is apparently one out of very, very few. I cannot even find a picture for another.
On a related note, DHL have found my Heljestrand Simplex. I knew these guys were to be trusted...
