Once again, my impetuousness got the better of me and so ... no "befores", but you know the kind of stuff that peddles on eBay as "excellent condition", well, this wasn't even that. It is now This one is a real nice looker. I've got a few shaves already lined up, but I think this will be in there shortly. I do like the feel of an ASR - very classy, very well built, especially the early ones, but also the late, the VC4 (with Runner Guard).

I had a little go at the case this afternoon ... black boot polish, spit shined with two layers. Later, a coat of Dodo Juice Supernatural car wax.

Some of these steel Valet cases are the best. They are sleek compact and protect the razor very well.
