So ummm well yea I like a rose scented shave soap/cream. Not sure how manly that is. Am I alone in liking them?

You're not alone fuzzy. I like Rose scent too. Have some Trumper's rose shave cream, and Prairie Creations Rose soap.
In addition I use Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner and SCS Savory Rose ASB.

Yep also not alone. I have, somewhere floating around, Truefitt Rose Cream, Trumpers Rose soap, and a bottle of Harris Aftershave Milk which is pleasantly rose scented.
As for the manly question, when I was looking into fragrances, I found a few really nice Rose colognes. Just got the samples but I liked em. So you tell me.

My vintage Williams shave stick still has a strong rose scent, which I like a lot.

Rose has been used in men's products since time immortal in England, but here in the US we haven't seen it as much. Now that the wet shaving community has been regenerated we are seeing it more. I've always used it and continue to do so. I really like the scent.

I'm a big fan of rose scents. It's still possible to remain manly with rose, in fact I tend to get noticed by women more often while wearing rose scents. Used to be a great way to start a conversation, now it's a great way to let them know my fiance like it too

Seems to be no shortage of Rose Scented Manly Men at this site!!! ;D
I too am a big fan. I lived with Truefitt Rose Cream for darn near a year straight!!
A tip for what it is worth - buy a small bottle of Rose Water and use it when you mix up rose scented products - brings it over the edge!! Yum!!
(I use my SS scuttle bowl arrangement and put a little Rosewater in the small empty bowl and let it sit and warm - then put in my dry brush and either go straight to a puck or dab in some cream - you will love it!)

The only rose product I've tried was TOBS Rose, which I found very strong and too feminine for my tastes. I also tried a sample of C&S 88 cologne and didn't really care for it. Sad to say, rose is not for me.

I love my TOBS rose. Never tried the rose water trick. I bet I could get that and some Williams cooking......
