Rolls Razor? Fingers crossed it's a good smell ... something to compliment my Rolls soap.

I am sure it will smell very good. I used to splash Vitalis on my hair, it smells like burnt tires. Just about anything smells good to me ... well maybe not.
I didn't know these existed. Hopefully, the smell is still good.

And what does the AC-Four bit mean?

I think it's an electric razor case with a couple of unknown bottles stuffed into it. Mismatched items, but for £7 you can't complain ... cheaper than a pack of cigs. I'll bag an orphaned razor at some point to stuff into it.

Dick, they still sell Vitalis. A few years ago I was playing in Rockabilly bands, I started wearing vintage pomades/hair tonics. Vitalis doesn't hold very well but it does liven up the old mop top. I lost enough hair that I don't use it anymore.
Paul, I do believe that "Viceroy" electric razor qualifies as a single edge type (wink wink).

I don't want to stray too far off topic here but had to smile when I read this. I, too, have used Vitalis when playing electric bass in alt country band nearly twenty years ago. I found that Royal Crown worked the best for that look. Don't think I could get away with it now.

Gah! jtmacmahon posted while I was typing ... I really should do that quote thingy ... My reply was in reply to wchnu's reply Hmmm ... hair styling. But what about other manly pursuits like knitting and flower arranging? I got banned from another forum once before I'd even got on it! The administrator from car detailing forum I was on was getting a little fed up of folks talking about shaving, shirts, hair dressings, colognes and so on, but spotted a niche and setup a new forum, automatically registering everyone from the car detailing forum. The new forum was called Alpha Men, or something like that ... to which I laughed so hard, beer came down my nose and mused that hunting, drinking and wife-beating aside, putting Alpha Men and dandyisms like cologne and hair styling together was a joke too far. The funny side was not seen and I was banned from the new forum. Ho-hum!

Arrived!
They're retro ... in a MASSIVE way!
The aftershave is green and real Oriental Fougere - spicy, green, patchouli and just a hint of musk; the Cologne is woodier, easing off the spice, more musk and some leather in there. The bottles are Jean Sorelle, London.
Patently just a couple of bottle stuffed into a Rolls Viceroy case, the scents do evoke something about the Rolls shave, particularly the soap. They're nothing alike, but something connects. For £7 I am chuffed to be able to use some retro scents. They're BIG, they're NASTY but they are curiously addictive.
Next time I hit the Rolls soap, these will follow ...
