Not even being a traditional shaver for a year yet I've definitely been in "try it out" mode and have collected a good bit of software already. I'm fortunate that everything I've tried has worked well. Some items definitely had more of a learning curve to them than others, but they all work and I honestly enjoy all of them. Yes I have some favorites, but that's not the point here. I'm just curious about numbers. How much of each do you have? Please don't count multiples of the same soap. I'm more interested in how many different soaps and scents you have. For instance I have 12 pucks of Williams from a recent Kroger clearance but I'll only count that as 1 in my hard soap tally. However, if you have modern and vintage Williams then you can count that as 2.
How many hard soaps?
How many soft soaps?
How many shave sticks?
How many creams?
Here are my answers... Hard soaps -- 10 (MWF, Cade, Williams - modern, Old Spice, BlueBeard's Revenge, Provence Sante, DVH, DVH extra fris, TSD malachite, TSD interception)
Soft soaps -- 2 (Cella, RazorRock XXX)
Shave sticks -- 3 (DVH, DVH - old formulation, Arko)
Creams -- 11 (Speick, Musgo Real, Godrej Lime, Godrej Deluxe, Omega, CO Bigelow, Proraso, Dettol Cool, TSD ISZ Wheat, Derby, Everest)

I'll play. I'm not counting samples.
Hard soaps: (4) Williams, VDH, MWF, Provence Sante (not counted were blends of soaps- like VanDerWilliams)
Soft soaps: (3) Cella, p.160, Vitos
Creams: (3) Top Ten for Men (from Bulgaria, so don't look for it), Bigelow, KMF
Sticks: (3) Speick, Valobra, Arko (milled into a puck), I plan on buying a few more spieck and valobra and milling them into pucks as well. I love the XS lidded food storage bowl idea that HT shared many months ago on another forum.

Shave Creams: 16 with my favorites being C&E SAO, T&H 1805, and 3 TOBS creams. I will soon be running out of my 3 SCS creams that I will not be replacing.
Shave Soaps: 6 including two Prairie Creations sticks which I will not be replacing since Christy has closed her store. Favorites are Tabac and MWF. Also have a Tabac stick for traveling purposes.

Hard soaps (2): Williams and vintage Colgate
Soft soaps: None
Shave sticks (1): Palmolive
Creams (3): C.O. Bigelow, Nivea (Euro variety), and the Dollar Store Rise Shave Gel if that counts
I usually have quite a few more creams on hand, e.g., Euro Palmolive, Speick, Godrej, KMF, and Proraso among others but I'm down to my last few. Time for a re-order!

Hard soaps: I turn all my hard soaps in to sticks. The left overs at the bottom of the stick get grated and pressed in to a container, so my ony real hard soap is a mixture of MWF, Speick and Tabac.
Sticks: Tabac, Speick, MWF and Valobra
Softs: Cella
Creams: Tabac (very underrated by the way) and Proraso
Could quite happily live with just Tabac or Speick as my only shave soap. Nothing comes even close to those two IMO. But of course I'm always trying others. Very few make it to the rotation.

Hard soaps: T&H luxury, eshave lavender, MWF, Tabac
Soft soaps: Cella, Proraso
Shave sticks: palmolive, erasmic
I have no creams.
I mainly just use MWF, Tabac and Cella, though the eshave is very good but I'm not often in the mood for lavender.

Barbasol could possibly count as a PreShave product, but not a true cream.
