I am having my first go with an Enders Speed. It was gifted to my by a friend. I tried honing up an old blade on my Warner Jones. I will report back in a little bit. Tom

WOW
Great razor. First shave I found this to be a very efficient razor. The angle is narrow for the best reduction. I found if I keep the cap off my face a bit it plows thru the hair. It is also a very noisy razor when the angle is diale in. Love that.
I had a DFS 3 pass shave. With a little time this will deliver BBS results for me.
Long live the SE's
Tom

Does anyone know if you can fit a regular SE blade in an Enders Dollar razor?

Does anyone know if you can fit a regular SE blade in an Enders Dollar razor? Isn't that the same as the Christy razor? If so, you might be able to fit an injector blade... not perfectly and a bit fiddly, but I seem to remember doing that...

If it isn't....well maybe that could serve as an inspiration! theoriginalsafety2.com/thread/1728/keen-kutter

According to Waits the Enders Dollar was licensed from Christy (and so was the Keen Kutter)

So with your guys input I got the Enders razor I posted earlier. Best part was, I was the only bidder at just $4.00. Now I just need to come up with a blade or two to use as a template to make a spacer. I also got a Superior Lather catcher after the encouragement I got from a couple of enablers when I asked about a Schick Type F. I was told that I could pick up a LC cheaper then an "F". Those two enablers were right on that one. Will post pics once the razor come in.

Tom It is great to see you hard at work with reconditioning old blades. This way is so much more satisfying than merely unwrapping a blade. Good work out for the Warner sharpener.

We are good to go on this. The blades will hit the mail on Monday. With Canada Post, that will take a while.
