You as well!
Dissappointed this year though... I didn't get to mke my slat cured corned beef. Locally brisket is treated as though it's steak, and I just won't pay steak prices for brisket. If I'm going to pay that much, I'll buy steak.
So it's red corned beef for us tonight.
Edit: I need to proofread better... coned beef... What's up with that?

Well, we take slats and beat the bejabbers out of the thing and cure it that way. Or we could use salt. My fingers can't keep up to the brain. Or vice versa. It just is. I'm leaving it. I like it that way. Conversational and all. It'll happen frequently BTW. My wife doesn't understand how I can type this fast and not really know how to type. I type faster than she does and I do a modified hunt and peck- 40+ years of experience. But w/o feeling in some fingers I just don't know where they are on the keyboard so actual typing is out. They tried to teach me in the military and finally gave up and let me be doing it wrong and getting results. I proofread better back then though.
