I found a few razors at an antique store a few weeks ago. They were still there today. Two of them are unmentionables, one is a 1924 with both blade stops so I won't have to fiddle with the blade on my other one. The razor that piqued my interest is a Hackett All Right. I found exactly nothing on the Internets about it. The blade has no spine, is shorter and narrower than a standard blade, and the cap slides off after flipping a lever on the back. Does anyone know more about this contraption?

Good to see you though.

Never heard of. At first glance it looks similar to the Keen Kutter/Christy/Enders, doesn't it?

Waits' Compendium has this wealth of information to offer:
Not much help, I'm afraid.

I considered altering a Gem-type blade to fit this thing, but an Injector blade fits OK with some trial and error to get it parallel to the guard, and at what appears to be the proper distance from it.
A shim placed behind the blade should solve that issue, but I imagine you fellas with the Keen-Enders-Christy-Kutter type razors figured out that part.

I have yet to try setting up an Enders aside from resharpening vintage blades. I noticed others using the injectors but never quite got around to it. I would think there may be some blade movement which I'm not keen on as well as the blade gap difference from the original, which may or may not have an impact. I would like to hear more if you end up using a shim as you mention above. How about an injector blade modified for catching trout? Would be a tall shaving tale!

Love the unique SE’s.

Bingo! Thanks for shedding light on this one. Glad got to shave with the Clauss razor, too.
