The head should be the other way around in the case??? ;D Ya know, I have actually trimmed DEs and used them in these frames so maybe, just maybe, the seller is suggesting a fine shave by modifying the Gillettes? Could be very legit! It is a pretty nice little case ya gotta admit.

I'm pretty sure I saw a thread on B&B that showed and explained how to modify a DE blade for SE use. I never tried it.

Naahhhhh - I'd let that bunch sort it out for themselves!! A post lasts like 20 hours over there before it is buried anyways so..... Nah, I just keep it quiet about my bad little bathroom secret. Ha! DE blades actually work pretty darn good in a 1912 frame. I prefer the Astras. Shhhhhhh!

So that's where my Possum cooking pot went. Speaking of cooking pots, I prepare my "rabbit" in a pot with more class, a vintage Griswold Cast Iron Dutch Oven. Come on Fuzzy, you can do better than that! ;D As for the blade thingy in an SE, no way do I try that. Not desperate enough to do that. Hey buy the razor and then flip the old blades to a blade collector.

Desperate - I can take it. ;D A 1912 with a Feather, quite a nice shave really. Hey 'buy the razor and do what ya want with it' is more my motto!
