Just had a thougt (yes, it hurt) about knots for the proposed brush. Some like synthetic (me), some boar (fuzzy), some badger (lots) so how about we commission a handle only and the knot be left up to the individual? A standard style handle with a standard size knot but no knot. Just sayin' Good Idea and if anybody is not comfortable setting a knot. I am sure Jim can do it for them.

The current idea is to get the brush with the ace synthetic at a set price...or just the handle at a set price. (No set amounts yet) if you want a different knot it can be sent to be put in your handle or you can set it yourself. I am good with this. I would really like it if we could keep the handle uniform. Once you get it you could of course change that. Thoughts from the group?

Handle at set price sounds best....afraid I would opt for horse. lol....Fuzzy, thats your fault...Maybe I would send my cachurra and use that knot.....And I'm curious about the set price....Wife's skiing accident 3 weeks ago is/will change our lifestyles for a few months.....Aside from her pain, nothing too drastic....but "no buy" seems to be the order of the day...Luckily I do have more than normal gigs so we can keep the wolf from the door...lol! And hopfully if her condition doesn't serve any surprises, things will get back to normal by Spring.... Glad my new signature set-up kicks such serious @$$....}8^D

I know what you mean about finances. My wife fell down some stairs in May. Busted her ankle in 3 places. Had to get 2 plates in. She is still not able to walk very good. I think it will be her new normal. I can tell you it has cost a fortune. She will need another operation this year on it. Not looking forward to it.

They say that will help her to walk better and get rid of some pain. I am thankful she can walk.

Sorry to hear about the misfortunes and hope for the best outcomes for them.
As far as the brush, I'm cool with whatever the majority decides.

So how about a synthetic horse? There is still work going on behind the curtain. Takes time to sort things out from one coast to another. When things do move forward there will be a limited number. Just to gage intetest if you are interested in a brush post it here. I know you can not make up your mind without seeing the brush but it would help to get a rough idea.
