This is a cheap soap from Sallys. A shave buddy sent it to me to try. It is along the line of Marvys in that it is a working barber soap. My first use was very MEH. I got a good shave but the soap did not lather well. Seems to be a thirsty soap. I will be using it more and seeing how it does. Here is a video of the first use.

I want to try it. There is a Sallys across town. I will have to see if they have any. When I bought the brush I didn't see any

I'm off next tuesday, maybe I'll go by. Last time I went, they had lots of stuff for beards, but very little shave stuff. What ever happened to being presentable.... Now days beards seem to be what people cater to.

wchnu, is that due to respirator use?
FWIW, I have never been able to abide a shave soap that doesn't lather well. It MUST lather well to provide the functions of a shave soap, otherwise we might just as well use hand or body soap. Yes I have experimented with those and found one that worked pretty decently as a shave soap. Clearly Natural brand of glycerine soap is the one.

We carry mouth bit emergency resperators. No worties with a goatee or even a beard. There are a lot of the contractors working in the plant with goatees. We just miss out. I could get a Dr. Pass on it but I do not want to look like a jerk.
