Why don’t you like horsehair knots?

Why don’t you like horsehair knots? They are too rough and scritchy for me, I just prefer a softer knot. This synthetic horsehair on this Jayaruh brush is just right to me. It's very soft, but not floppy... it splays well but feels substantial. Very nice. Cleave

Glad you like it, Cleave. The synthetic horse is one of my favorites, too.

I have a bunch of AutoStrop razors, but always forget which model is which. Isn't there a website somewhere that describes the differences in detail?

OK, I just got my beautiful brush from our own Jim Roe, and not only is it beautiful, but I LOVE the synthetic horsehair knot (and I really don't like regular horsehair knots So, I decided to pair it with a Jayaruh razor handle that I put on my "backwards lathercatcher" as I like to call it. Great combination, thanks, Jim for sharing your talent with us. i.imgur.com/nxwky2O.jpgI have 2 of Jims brushes. They are handsdown the work of a true craftsman! Congrats on joining the club.
