Kampfe Star 1902 Gem SS Semogue 620 APR SAA I picked up the 1902 over a year ago, nice box very clean, but used it once and thought it was way too dangerous. The problem is the stops are right near the end of the comb so used at the correct angle they are nowhere near the action. I gave it another go today and two passes with no nicks for a very close shave. It is all blade feel though. My technique must have improved over the last year or so.

View Attachment am still not sure how to make a proper sized photo submission. Anyone who could walk me through this would be greatly appreciated. Tools for the shave as follows: Henckels Rapide, Simpsons 54, Havana AS, Halsinger Schafmilch, slightly rusty JAH blade freshly edged with vintage coticule. Cheers! Not sure what you are using. I do all my photo posting on my phone through Tapatalk. It is super easy Thanks a million. After I finally located the Tapatalk app, it works like a charm!

Going back to a razor after learnig to shave is always a good deal. I have several that I thought were terrible until my Techinque developed.

Monday's shave Opinion on the Barbasol after shave? Lots of guys across the street swear by it, and I have had an interest in in. I need more aftershaves, like I need another hole in my head. Did you get it on amazon?

Fri 26th October. Omega 11126 boar Vitos Super Red Schick N3 Schick Twin-Japan [ 7 ] Pitralon Original A/S Lotion After two days using a Badger Brush for the first time, I reverted to use of a boar. Whilst It did not feel as Luxurious as a Badger ,but the little 11126 is a real workhorse and can coax a good lather from any soap - has a quite soft feel now. With a good lather and dependable Razor/Blade combo, a smooth and comfortable Shave with a good quality finish was attained.

No pic rushed Friday shave ....... Same setup as I've been using for awhile. Maybe 1 more shave left in the Williams as I pressed the remainder into a shallower jar to get every last bit of it out . Be switching to another setup after this with probably injectors and try to use up all other part jars or tubes of soaps I have here . Also bought 2 more cakes of Williams last night. Today's shave was awesome for being in a hurry and I topped it off with a splash of Skin Bracer original.
