My Eversharp Hydro-magic I2 arrived today! It definitely shows its age in terms of patina, and it needs a little bit of help getting the blade reseated in the right place when closing the rinsing lever, but for $5 plus shipping I knew I'd be happy as long as it was a good "user" razor. And I can say that its "sports car" nickname is definitely well deserved! Very nimble, with the head making it easier to find the best cutting angle and the short handle making it easier to keep it there compared to my PAA L1 clone. Lots of blade feel as well, I'm not sure if I need or want more aggressive than this.

Congratulations. I really like the feel of the I. The hydro-magic feature really makes the razor easy to clean, too. Enjoy your new razor.

The way the head presents the blade to your face, feels really solid with the I series, making it really easy to get the most from each stroke, even though this is a mild shaver.
It's a veddy veddy efficient, mild shaver....a balence that is very hard to find!

Please enjoy it. I have that same razor too although I only used it once last year. I remember it gave me a killer shave.
