As the saying goes ... there is no two without three. theoriginalsafety2.com/post/71935/threadThanks to the full-bodied accessory support, today slight improvement. "I've never met anyone like him. It's like a riddle wrapped in an enigma ... wrapped in a vest." (Lisa Simpson, The Simpsons S8E1)

At the end my black beauty is at its home! I'm very excited to have it in my hands. it's so light and nice with its curved handle . I've found it very easy to shave with. A little bit of initial attention , like with every new tool, I was quite worried for its gap blade but up from the first blade passages I 've calmed down myself and I enjoyed the pleasure of a very deep shave, The blade angle is quite easy to to find and despite the large head I can easily manage difficult zones to reach like under the nose. Another positive aspect is the handle : its curved design and the little orizzontale grooves make it particularly ergonomic and firm in my hands. What else ? Compliments to Tom And Andreas for their great project!

Today I really exaggerated ... theoriginalsafety2.com/post/71970/threadWith all that good support, I would have been really disappointed if I hadn't reached the much sought after BBS. So it wasn't: the TNNSER3D is definitely handy with that handle. I had to adapt the grip, with a high grip that best fits the extreme lightness. Even the angle is easier to handle in this way, as well as the necessary pressure. Pre, brush and soap work in synergy to counterbalance the stainless steel blade without cover. The two aftershaves are also a winning combination. Well ... I finally found the squaring of the circle.

Looks like a nice razor, I wonder if it can have those nice big combs like the GEMs.
One of the reasons for joining this forum is that it’s the only one in my opinion that is creating its own razor and SE one at that!....correct me if I am wrong.
I am starting my own designs as well....just don’t have enough time during my full time job.

Many thanks to Tom and Andreas for making the TNNSER 3D possible and available to the public. I have printed two heads and one handle so far. PLA in a really cheap printer. First head was too warped, second one looks usable.
Will head to our home depot äquivalent tomorrow for M5 bolt, nut and smaller file to make minor adjustments.
Have you thought about a TNNSER artist club edition or a TNNSER injector edition?
many thanks and best regards godek

Thanks for giving printing it yourself a try. Hope it works out for you. I have made an Injector. Look though the forum for “The Bunny” @tom I was thinking of a 3d printable version. All bunnies I have seen so far were CNC machined. That is something I can't do myself and also cannot easily outsource. 3d printing on the other hand can be done at home with my cheap but capable Ender 2 3d and can also be had on demand for a reasonable price.
I printed the olive TNNSER myself in PLA and had the other two done by Shapeways. The professionally printed one seemed less work, so I completed this one first.
First shave with a TNNSER printed by Shapeways today. Wow, loud. I could really hear it doing the work. Sadly I underestimated this beast and lost some blood during ATG pass. Still happy though. br godek Attachments:

I just cannot justify buying my own 3d printer.

The sound is wonderful feedback on these razors. It's really helpful on touchups. When all is quiet on the Western front, you know you are done.

Had some spare time this morning and finished putting together the olive one.
I had ordered two parts sets from the professional printing service.
The second set is made of sintered stainless steel. Not so sure this was a good idea, the stuff is heavy. 137g for the three parts without bolt, nut and blade. My PLA version is 21g shavre ready, the profesionally printed one 24g shave ready.
Also the two pins that should fixate the blade are too big on the metal print so it does not hold the blade in position.
I have just ordered better precision metal working tools to finish this next week.
