I piffed my old blade carrier, so I had to make a new one. You can see the whole story here: jrshaving.blogspot.com/2020/01/enders-blade-carrier.htmlBut, I wanted to show highlights here on TOST. I started with a genuine Enders blade that I cleaned and buffed up and an old injector blade. I lined up the edges and clamped. I mixed some JB Weld and filled the holes in the injector blade. After about 4 hours, I removed the injector blade. The JB Weld is not set yet, but it is ready to be left alone to cure. After the glue cured, I cleaned it and trimmed it down. Next, I removed the bevel from the blade. Here is before and after. Now the blade fits the carrier perfectly. Here is the blade in the Enders razor. I really enjoy shaving with the Enders. I had my first shave with this blade today, and it was excellent.

Awesome work Sir Jim. I always like the way you lay things out for pictures. I have learned a lot over the years from your post.
