1912 Gem Jr. Treet Omega pro 47 Marveys soap WH Pinaud classic vanilla
Not a bad shave. I am still not a fan of the Marveys. Much prefer Williams.

Greetings
Friday 2nd November 2012 Prep: Shower Razor: Valet Autostop (Canadian early Model) Blade: GEM Stainless Coated (modified) Brush: Semogue 830 Boar Soap: Tweex Aftershave: Dove Sensitive Balm
A double first this morning, my first use of any Semogue Boar brush and it is so very different from my Omega's and other boars; much softer thinner tips and more tightly packed giving it a much softer face feel, really nice.
The Valet razor is an early Canadian model that can take standard SE blades with the top corners snipped off a recent e-bay purchase, it gave a really nice shave.
Regards Dick.

Gem Contour Gem SS/PFTE Blade (6) Made-Rite 500PB Brush Arko Shave Stick Pereja Lemon Cologne
I had my first shave with the Contour I just purchased. I had a very mild shave with it. Once I've used it a few more days, I'll deliver a more detailed report on it.

A gentle shave with the bullet tip; quite a bit of touching up required, but a super BBS end result.

What a great Sunday shave... Gem Jr Bar Gem SS/PTFE blade MJ's Tangerine. Grapefruit, Amyris soap Vintage brush (not sure what kind it is, but I sure like it) Witch Hazel Old Spice AS Clubman Talc Been using tips from that Shaving Made Easy book, very interesting ways of doing things, lathering dry face, hot towel after the shave and massage the witch hazel in, this opens your skin pours instead of a cold water rince which closes the pours. Shaves are smooth and my face feels really good after. The Gem Jr Bar worked fantastic, took a few strokes to figure out the blade angle, but after that all went well, I really like lather catching
