Monday 29th October 2012 Prep: Shower Razor: Ever Ready 1924 Shovelhead Blade: GEM Stainless Coated Brush: Lijun Boar Cream: T.O.B.S. Sandlwood Aftershave: Dove Sensitive Balm
A really close shave from the 1924 which whilst being (IMHO) the most aggressive razor I own it is still an easy razor to shave with.
Regards Dick.

Monday 10/29
Razor: Schick Injector G Blade: Personna (1) Brush: Turkish Horsehair Lather: Arko stick Post: Witch Hazel, Aloe gel
Results: DFS+. I'm trying to get a good system going for my post-workout shave away from home. This combo was not bad.

Monday, 29 October
Gem OCMM Gem SS/PFTE Blade (2) Made-Rite 500PB Brush KMF Cool Mint Cream Mennen Skin Bracer AS
A very close shave with the OCMM. It seemed pretty aggressive after two weeks with the Damaskeene which I find to be a rather mild razor.

Tuesday 30th October 2012 Prep: Shower Razor: Ever Ready Streamline Blade: GEM Stainless Coated Brush: Lijun Boar Cream: T.O.B.S. Mr. Taylor Aftershave: Dove Sensitive Balm
A very moderate shave this morning, I think the blade was past it's best although I rarely get my best shaves with the Streamline; a razor that is easily number one in the beauty stakes but, IMHO lower down the list for shave quality.
Regards Dick.

Tuesday, 30 October
Gem MMCP Gem SS/PFTE Blade (3) Made-Rite 500PB Brush Arko Shave Stick Barbasol Pacific Rush AS
I had a marvelously comfortable shave with the Clog Pruf this morning. It wasn't quite as close as with the OCMM but definitely much milder.

Wednesday
L type Schick Longs House Brand Blade Vulfix # 1 Boar Brush Palmolive Cream (regular Italian) AV AS
I seem to like this L type more and more. For me, it's balanced better than the adjustable.

Wednesday 10/31
Razor: Schick Injector G Blade: Personna (2) Brush: Turkish Horsehair Lather: Arko stick Post: Witch Hazel, Aloe gel
Results: Mostly BBS with a couple of small nicks. This is normally a job for alum or styptic, but since it's my away-from-home post-workout shave I had neither. Haven't had to use the bit-of-tissue stuck to my face solution for a long time! Time to beef up the road-kit!
