This caught my eye while 'quickly' taking a look through the Bay I won the auction and I am waiting to get it. I thought I would see if anyone else has seen such a razor?? The seller indicated it has no marking that he can see. There were lots of clones for DE razors, particularly the Gillettes, but I don't recall seeing a clone style of SE razor. I figured since I have to wait to see it, I could put others in the loop of waiting!!! I will give an update once it is here. I'm just dieing to get a closer look.

Well that didn't take long for an id - great job!!
Stoll huh. The seller said there no marks that he could see. Perhaps he needs glasses! Yours is marked very clearly inside Tom.
Thanx for the info guys.
(Ya know, now I remember seeing your thread Tom and this razor, and not very long ago. My memory........yikes!)

It's possible he didn't open it, and there is nothing on the outside.

It's possible he didn't open it, and there is nothing on the outside. Yeah, but I would figure a reseller of odds and sods on eBay would be a tad more curious. I made that fatal mistake of assumption though. I thought that without any markings, this razor was a clone of some sort. There really don't seem to be any clone type razors I've noticed copying this style of star razor - or single edges really at all once the lather catchers fell out of style. So, I'm not disappointed that it is a Stoll, but rather that it isn't something else!!
