Greetings
Monday 5th November 2012 Prep: Shower Razor: GEM Junior 1912 Baton handle Blade: GEM Stainless Coated Brush: Vulfix 404 Mixed Soap: Derby Stick pressed into a container Aftershave: Nivea Sensitive Balm
A brilliant silky smooth shave.
For some reason that I have never really understood, this GEM 1912 gives a better shave than either of my other two Brit. Ever Ready's that both have, what appear to be, identical heads in every way other than cosmetic. There may be some manufacturing differences too tiny for the eye to see.
Regards Dick

Thursday 11/8
Razor: Star 1912 Blade: GEM Stainless coated Brush: Semogue 1305 Lather: Godrej Menthol Mist cream Post: Alum, Lucido, Clarins soother balm
Results: Mostly BBS and very comfortable. This is a reunion with my very first SE razor. It's not my prettiest 1912, but it's one of my favorites.

I couldn't have asked for a better shave than I got today with my Dammy. It was wonderfully smooth and the results were pretty much BBS.

1912 Gem Junior Gem SS/PFTE Blade (12) Turkish #6 Brush Arko Shave Stick Pereja Lemon Cologne
I really enjoyed my shave with my Jr. today; it was comfortable and the results are close to BBS once again. The Turkish brush whipped up a great lather with the Arko too.

Sunday 11/11
Razor: Damaskeene Blade: GEM Stainless coated Brush: TGN synthetic knot in no-name handle Lather: KMF Cool mint Post: Alum, Lucido, Unrefined Shea Butter
Results: Very nice shave, DFS+. I like the Damaskeene, but it's not my favorite 1912. It's just a touch too mild. The GEM Jr is just right.
