Here is my current SE Collection. I got a few most of these in a bulk buy on eBay, but they all shave great and are in very good condition. First is my OCMM. My Gold-plated ER 1912. That's definitely my favorite. GEM 1912 GEM G-Bar GEM Feather Weight - the one that started this madness. So far I've been on a kick with Treet blades. I got a case of 120 blades for $15 on Amazon, and they shave wonderfully. ~Bob

Yes they are. If you don't dry them well, they rust quickly, but the shaves are great.

A perfect kit for exploring SE shaving. Lots of experience to be had using those razors. And I have to agree with Birdlives - the camera does seem to love em too.

The feather weight is what hooked me. I've been rotating through to see which ones I like best. So far, it's the ER 1912 and the OCMM. Interestingly enough, I've found that the lather I use really makes a big difference on how much I enjoy a particular razor. Since I've gone to SE's for my daily shave, I've been experimenting with different creams and soaps to see what works best.
The only "down side" i've had with BBS SE shaves is the fact that by 10PM, my 8AM shave is still quite smooth, and I don't really "need" to shave for a full 36 hours.
