Tuesday Hot water whisker rinse-2 mins. Arko SS-face-lathered Omega 10029-Baby-Pro, boar ER 1912/Gem SS d5 Old Spice AS Today I was in no rush, so I had a wonderful relaxing 3 pass shave which reminded me why I love this style of shaving so much...and it made it very obvious why so many call the 1912 frame the'All-Time Greatest'...it is pretty much perfect in every way...And I did receive an end-result far closer, cleaner and more irritation free, than I could have gotten with my Shavette or at my Turkish Barber's... Have a great day everybody!!

Let me tell you gents, these 2-band brushes are great for a face lathering enthusiast such as myself. Well done to all 3 brands!

Greetings Thursday 24th April 2013 Prep: Shower Razor: GEM Micromatic Clog-pruf Blade: GEM Blue Star Carbon Brush: Semogue OC Boar Soap: La Toja stick grated into a container Aftershave: Astral Cream (light) Super shave from the Clog-pruf and my first use of La Toja in the stick form (I have the cream) my initial thoughts are very nice but I don't think as good as the Spanish Lea stick, I need to use it more to be sure. Regards Dick.

The Wotan felt a little lonely all on its own, so I got myself a Rapide for it to play with. Honing the blade was straightforward. Test shave tonight was successful. Proper shave tomorrow morning.
