So I have noted that we do not have much discussion about the Push Button. Is it not as loved as the HFT or FW?

From what I've read here many folks think it is head heavy, retains water, and has an awkward handle. Personally I don't mind the heaviness of the head and like the handle shape. As far as retaining water I just shake it a little more. In my opinion it is well made. The only thing I don't like is the plastic push button; I may be wrong but I can picture it wearing out.

I have a G-Bar and a FW. I'm also not much of a fan of mild razors, but I use the FW on occasion, the G-Bar has been mothballed and I only have the one as a reference. I heard the push button is mild and pretty much duplicates the shave of what I already have. Not being a collector, it never interested me for those reasons. If I had a P-B I probably wouldn't need the G-bar or FW. It was just a matter of timing (or luck) that I began with a FW.

So Fuzzy...You brought this one up.....What are your feelings on the push button......how do you think it stacks up?? I've never tried on, but from what I've seen so far....I'm thinking maybe GEM never made a bad razor...

I think they shave like a FW. Not bad at all. I do not use one often. But there are no real issues.

The Push-button is an excellent shaver. I'm a bit biased towards the older Gem razor models and prefer them but must admit the push-button is very good. Good thing it worked for you!
