Normally I use Treet or Blue Star CS blades. I've looked all over the metropolitan Phoenix area and no one sells them locally any more, so I have to buy them online. Well I ran out of CS and went to get some branded ASRs at a local drugstore. They shaved just OK for me, but I had something happen that I've never experienced before. I was opening my CPMM to replace the blade and it was gone! Luckily I looked before I stuck my hand in the head. The blade had stuck to the cover and was retracting with it. Now my razors are kept very clean, so I know it wasn't that. I figured it was just a fluke and forgot about it. Yesterday I was using one of my OCMMs and it happened again. Different razor but the blade was from the same pack. I'm guessing maybe this batch got out of tolerance. I'm glad my Treets arrived today. Has this happened to anyone else?
EDIT: I just thought, I really left myself open here if Possum sees this. Alan

Man, that's weird! I've never had anything like that happen with either the MMCP or OCMM. I'm using CVS CS blades right now and I'll keep my eyes open for that.

I can't recall it ever happening to me.

These blades were CVS. Since my Treets came in the mail I just pitched what was left of the CVS, haven't had a problem with the Treets or Blue Stars.
