Well done. One of my all time favorite razors. Give a report on how she shaves.

First shave: Hmm interesting. Somehow I need use more pressure and I had problem around my big nose:) It was very comfortable to shave. Should I restore it or keep it like that?

Jack, if you restore it it'll be good for another 100 years. It's not wrong to restore it. It's just a choice you need to make.
Me? They don't make them anymore and the razors that I really enjoy I restore for the sake of posterity. Maybe some day someone will do as I do today, and as they shave with it wonder who shaved with the razor at the turn of the 21st century.

Great pictures man....you've got a great eye and a beautiful razor....You know, if you dig a razor, I think restoring it is a noble and responsible thing to do....although in this case.....hmmmm....She looks pretty incredible as is....I don't know if she needs it yet.....I'm curious what the crowd round here thinks...

She looks pretty fine to me. She has character lines and a little brassing, but nothing that I would call an immediate restoration need. However, she has a solid foundation for a face lift. I can go either way on this. Both options have merit and I would not Jack if he chose either one.
I should have been a politician, but I am too honest for such a slimy profession (which was never the founding fathers idea).

Nice Damaskeene. I'd also vote for replating it to cover up the brass that's showing bothers you.
