I will start of April’s Haul with an Auto Strop A1. This is in a bit better shape than my first one. On an Auto Strop note. Not sure if a member won the Beautiful A2 on eBay today. I was watching that one. It went for a very reasonable price.

That is very clean and nice. Wish mine was that clean. Mines more of a user grade. But they are pretty no matter how they look. I'm envious.

Here is the ad I just received that dates my Gem Jr. to 1907. It's pretty cool.

That is to cool. I need to find some vintage advertisements. Need something to hang in my shave den.

So far, this is what i have grabbed. Still need to get them in my hands but i'm very happy with my catches. Where do you find this great stuff. Excellent catches. Got them either from the french bay or from the british one. The Ever Ready Jewel (i assume is a Jewel model because of the metal case) was part of a lot listed as SR Boxes & Strops (US seller on the bay). Found it a few minutes before the auction ended while searching for a Torrey Lather Catcher (the lot included a retractable strop from that manufacturer). Thankfully i was the only bidder or i did won by the minimum (just 50 cents over the starting price). I still don't understand why no one else bade for the Le Touring, that one is as beautiful as my floral ornate Star LC.
