Thursday's ShaveKeeping It Simple Shave WeekWilliams Mug Shave Soap Ever-Ready 200T Boar GEM Contour GEM Blue STAR CS SE CWR Aqua Velva Musk Continuing with the Keeping It Simple Shave theme, I will be using Williams through Sunday. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face-lathered well with the Ever-Ready 200T Boar brush. I did two passes with the GEM Contour Razor with a GEM Blue STAR CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... Edit: I tried to video today's shave, but my battery gave out in the middle, so I lost it all. Note to self: make sure you have plenty of battery before videoing your shaves in the future.

Pre: Cold water face wash Brush: Vulfix 404 Boar/Badger Soap: Razorock Nervous Wreck Razor: Ever-Gem Pushbutton Blade: Gem Stainless ptfe Post: Cold water rinse, Myrsol F.Extra ASL View AttachmentMy first use of a Myrsol aftershave and I'm impressed, yet another very good Spanish product. It leaves the skin feeling toned and has a nice touch of menthol. I chose the soap as a show of empathy with the England fans awaiting kick-off. Happy Shaving one and all. I am pulling for them!! Good Luck England!! Ah well, such is life. Four more years.

I am a fan of a rose shave soap or cream! Rose of Bulgaria is a favorite. It's an excellent cream with a great scent. A small amount seems to go a long way. Veddy true. I also have super max from there. Another veddy good cream.

Thursday 12th July Zenith 506U TS - Lea Classic Cream - General Brass - Schick Proline P #6 - Alum - Electrif's Lemon Chill A/S - Dove Instant Hydration Cream A very refreshing and extremely efficient result from todays setup. The gradual hit of menthol from the Lea gives a pleasant face cool. Followed by the more intense chill from my A/S blend. Great!!!!

---------------- Thursday shave '--------------- Been 4 days without a shave but the trusted FW with a Treet blade was a treat for my face and was up to the challenge. Love this Muhle brush for face lathering and this combination today really left me clean, smooth and smelling good . Hope you are all doing well.

Fun shave tonight. Vintage Auto Strop blade in the A1. JR 176 with Barbershop old fashion luxury soap. Probably from the 80s. Pinaud Special Reserve topped it off. The vintage blade did good. Camera cut out after first pass. Grrrr I put the short video over at Shaving with Fuzzy.

Thur 12th July RazoRock Syn 24mm P & B Spitfire Alu. General / ES S/S Handle Schick Proline [ 2 ] Tuff Red A/S Lotion I now find the handling of the General much better for me since I fitted this non stock handle. I can use it without applying pressure, so now get smooth comfortable Shaves with a good finish.
