Williams Wednesday- 17th April. Simpson Chubby 1 / Maggards 2 Band Williams Mug Soap Alu.Hawk - Windrose Handle Schick Proline [ 2 ] Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion Another rather pleasant AC/SE Shave today. The Windrose handle gives the Hawk that extra heft that makes it work for me , the shape provides good grip and really helps when working ATG and around the neck. The Shave was smooth and comfortable with a most satisfactory close finish being attained. This little Razor is good for those who wish to try out AC/SE razors without breaking the bank.

A perfect shave for the last workday of the week. Anyone finds B&M Seville similar to P&B Sanskrit?

Tabac Thursday's ShaveCold Water Rinse Tabac Jayaruh #331 Boar Enders Speed Shaver Enders Speed Blade CWR Tabac AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #331 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Enders Speed Shaver razor with an Enders Speed Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

MMCP Pella Stainless Blade (out of Treet and Pal) Vulfix #1 Boar Brush Williams Soap CVS Witch Hazel The brush I’ve had for 12 years and is on its last legs, however still lathers great. The bad news is I’m down to my last puck of soap. The good news is its Williams.

Haha, love the label on the soap. Thanks, some if the Van Yulay labels can be as little risque. I checked their site out for brush knots today. Says they are closed now for family matters.

Thur 18th April. Stirling Syn. 26mm Stirling Baker Street Alu. General - Claymore Handle Schick Proline [ 1 ] Tuff Green A/S Lotion The Alu. General works very nicely for me, being weighty enough to follow the mantra " Use the Weight and Avoid Pressure". A really enjoyable Shave that was smooth and comfortable with an excellent close all round finish.

This seems to be my most effective razor to date. Recently I changed my technique to use very light, full length strokes to minimize razor burn. Although all of my favourite razors are from the aggressive range, some touch-ups are necessary that way. Not with this one, it's simply not necessary. Already after the 2nd pass, I feel that I'm nearly ready. Strange really, as usually that's my advice to beginners, who tell they do a perfect BBS in two passes, that they shouldn't push that hard, enough to go gradually in smaller steps not to hurt their face. An efficient trade-off to go 3 lighter passes but keep it easy on their skin. Especially with the SE razors I collected recently: MMOC, Schick Type E, PAL Injecto-Matic and Adjustable, and finally this Ever-Ready SE. The thing is that since I started with SE razors, I rarely touch the unmentionables. Since the Strop Outfit box has arrived, I rarely use any of my other razors.
