Good Afternoon!
Sunday morning shave:
Hot towel face prep Vitos SIS (I'm trying to use it up, it refuses to comply) Handcrafted badger brush from a friend in Alabama GEM 1912 GEM SS ptfe (11) bay rum
I had to try a more aggressive razor with the old blade. It was fine. If it wasn't GEM month I'd pop it into the Kampfe LC and try it there. Only a str8 is more aggressive than that.

WOW great shave from the ER. It is not the best looking gal at the ball but then again they usually don't dance to good anyway. ;D Wonderful shaving razor.

Morning morning:
Hot towel face prep Vitos SIS $.50 chinese boar brush GEM 1912 GEM SS ptfe (12) handcrafted bay rum
While the blade clearly isn't new it continues to shave great, though differently, so I continue to use it. Todays shave was another easy 2 1/3 pass BBS .
The $.50 brush I got at a liquidation/surplus inventory/insurance claim salvage store; actually 133 of them- I bought every one they had. I have nio idea who the maker is or what label they were going to have slapped on them, but they are really very nice face lathering brushes.
Some day I need to do a "dirt cheap" shave. The $.50 brush, ARKO, and whatever else I have that is the least costly of it's type.
